You must use the service lawfully, keep account credentials secure, and ensure you have the rights needed for data you connect.
Subscriptions
Paid access is billed according to the selected plan and order form. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or stated in writing.
Intellectual property
SaaSPeak retains rights in the service. You retain rights in your data and grant us only the permissions needed to provide the service.
Liability
The service is provided subject to the limitations and warranties described in your agreement and applicable law.
